Reiki, Energy Healing & Intuitive Voice Toning

This work meets you at the intersection where the physical and the spiritual are not two separate things, but one conversation your body has been trying to have.
And it meets you where you are, literally. You don't travel anywhere. You get as comfortable as possible in your own home, at a scheduled time, and I connect with you from a distance (without the need for a Zoom or phone call). What happens in that hour is an experience of being energetically held and deeply witnessed — something many people haven't felt in a long time.
Through energy healing and intuitive voice sound toning, each session is uniquely attuned to you — your energy, your body, what you're carrying right now. I work intuitively, which means I may be drawn to areas you haven't even mentioned — areas that turn out to be exactly where you've been holding something. Nothing is scripted. Everything is responsive.
My voice — woven throughout the session as personalized tones, hums, and vibrations — reaches something beyond words. Something that already knows how to receive it.
Afterward, you receive an email with my impressions from the session, along with a personalized audio recording of the intuitive toning from your session, layered with relaxing music, to return to for sleep, for stillness, for whenever you need it again.

- You’re looking for a clinical or medical treatment. This work is a beautiful complement to conventional care, but it isn’t a replacement for it.
- You need a licensed therapist, doctor, or crisis support. If you’re in active mental health crisis or need emergency medical attention, please reach out to a qualified professional first. I’ll be here when the time is right.

About Me
I've been working with healing energy since completing my Usui Reiki Master training in 2008 — but my relationship with the body and its wisdom goes back further than that. A background in Human Nutritional Sciences gave me a deep respect for the body as a complex, intelligent system, and years working in medical clinics, non-profit organizations, and academic settings showed me how much people carry that conventional care doesn’t always reach. A classically-trained musician, I began weaving intuitive voice toning into my energy work and found something clicked into place that I hadn’t known was missing. Rooted in Victoria, BC, I offer these sessions to clients wherever they are in the world.
